On Campus RV Camping For 2007, the RV lot will be relocated to what was formerly our prepaid parking lot (see the map). All RV campers, including handicap, will be relocated to this lot. This relocation is part of an extensive plan to increase green space within the festival and create a more “people-friendly” atmosphere. In addition, MerleFest staff members are working with local safety officials to ensure a more orderly and safer event for all participants. The new lot will be smaller than our previous RV lots meaning that we will have a limited number of RV camping spaces available. Spaces will be limited to certain sizes and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternative RV sites are available at Rivers Edge/Blue Lot for $150 (336-651-7352). |
