From August 7, 2007 at 10 AM EDT through August 17, 2007 existing Patrons can renew their packages for MerleFest 2008. From September 4, 2007 at 2 PM EDT through September 21, 2007 non-Patrons who held reserved seats at MerleFest 2007 can renew their seats for MerleFest 2008. On November 13, 2007 at 2:00 PM EST the general public may purchase all types of tickets and passes. Also at this time, those who renewed their reserved seats during September will have the opportunity to change or purchase additional seats. On March 14, 2008 Early Bird Discounts end. All orders must be postmarked or made by phone or online by this date to receive the disount rate. March 21, 2008 is the Refund Deadline. All refund requests must be made or postmarked by this date. After April 11, 2008 tickets will no longer be mailed to purchasers. Tickerts ordered after April 11 will be held for pick up at the Will Call window in the Box Office tent. On April 21, 2008 at 8:00 AM EDT the Box Office will close until the gates open at 2:30 PM on April 24, 2008.
Watson & Cabin Stage Reserved Seating These reserved seats are being sold to 4-day ticket holders only! The reserved seats are reserved for the front sections of the Watson Stage area only and are good for all 4 days by advanced purchase. However, for the convenience of all, festival policy continues to be that unoccupied chairs (including "reserved seats") may be used until the owner returns. After 5:00 pm please show your reserved seat wristband to an usher upon entering the reserved seating area.
General Admission Seating General admission seating is on a first-come, first-served basis as has been the case in years past and is unlimited. At the Watson Stage, the general admission area is situated behind the reserved seating area.
